Local & Global Mission

The congregation of Strathmoor Presbyterian Church is called to serve Christ, our community, and the world with Christian love. We recognize that all people have gifts with which they can serve in ways big and small.  We continually look for ways to serve others whenever and wherever we can.

Food Ministry

We stock an outside food pantry with foods that are easy for people to eat without having access to cooking facilities. We have additional supplies inside our building available for families in need and also contribute food and funds to Highlands Community Ministries for their food pantry and other ministries.

Clothing Ministry

We also collect socks, hats and mittens for distribution during the colder months.

Mission Coworkers

We support the ministries of the Revs. Jieun and Martin Han, Regional Liaisons for East Asia, who are based in South Korea. They are mission coworkers of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
